Exciting opportunity to run new café at Brinton Park

We are offering a unique opportunity for a business to run a brand-new café in Brinton Park, Kidderminster, one of the district’s most loved green spaces, at the heart of the community since 1887.

Wyre Forest District Council, on behalf of the Brinton Park Charitable Trust, is inviting proposals to lease the Pavilion in the Park, a newly built, purpose-designed facility. The building includes a café, terrace, public toilets, and a flexible community activity space, with approximately 20 indoor and 12 outdoor covers.

We’re looking for an operator who can provide a high-quality café offer while also creating a welcoming, community-focused space. In addition to delivering value for money for the charitable trust, the successful applicant will be expected to work closely with local groups and help bring the space to life for park users.

The lease will initially be offered for five years, with the potential to consider a longer-term arrangement.
